
Garrison returns to the 2015 TD Halifax Jazz Festival! On tap this year at the festival includes the very popular Summerfest Blonde, Bulwark cider, and new this year are MooseLight Radler products and Twisted Tea.
Summerfest Blonde was originally brewed for the Halifax Jazz Festival and because it was so popular Garrison decided to continue to brewing it.
Live LIVE Music at the 2015 TD Halifax Jazz Festival July 8-12, featuring Sharon Jones & The Dap-Kings, tUnE-yArDs, Juan de Marcos & The Afro-Cuban All Stars, The Budos Band and Joey Defrancesco Quartet. With over 14 stages from Dartmouth to Clayton Park, this year the festival is offering free concerts on the Main Stage daily, located on the Halifax Waterfront, along with a free big band series at the Halifax Public Gardens and a variety of music at the Hydrostone Park. Free concerts and artist talks are also scheduled at the Halifax Central Library, Keshen Goodman Public Library, Alderney Gate Public Library, and Alliance Française.
Educational programming also includes the ten-day Creative Music Workshop led by Jerry Granelli featuring special guest faculty members Jane Ira Bloom and Julian Priester at the NSCC Waterfront Campus in Dartmouth. Capping off the festivities is a free swing concert at the Main Stage Sunday evening, July 12 with the Gordon Webster Sextet featuring Brianna Thomas and festival fan favourite Alex Pangman.
